this app is terrible it used to work on my old iPad and now on my new iPad Pro it does not work surely if you Questrade can give us some updates this is very frustrating

Its 2017 almost and you people call this an app? For a reputation of being Canadas number one broker you people at questrade should step up your game before someone takes it from you.

The single worst app ever made. Wont load. Totally useless. I know its a discount brokerage but cmon.

I trade with Questrade using my PC. I wish I could use the app to do it but its basically useless. Crashes and freezes a lot the stock info isnt accurate its clunky and difficult to use. the only thing I use the app for is keeping an eye on stocks but if I want to trade I have to go to my PC which is very very annoying wish they would fix it

Questrade could care less about usability of the app based on my experience using the app and their lack of action on the many similar reviews. Managers and programmers should be replaced with people who are competent.

So, I registerd with these guys and provided all my persoal and financial details required to become a proud investor. The next day some guy called me asking me when I planned to send them $$. I told him as soon as you upgrade your iPhone App. He hung up on me!

At this point this app is so terrible Questrade should remove it completely and contract a company to build them a new one - this app is complete garbage. Luckily their website works pretty well on mobile, youre better off with using that over this garbage app. Questrade sees mobile as an afterthought, they should be thinking "mobile first"

Like everyone else... Questrade are you listening? The first message I got when opening it: "this app might slow down your phone. The developer needs to update it". Seriously? This is my Welcome to Questrade ? Very disappointed and have been a customer for less than a week.

This is absolutely disgraceful, atrocious even from Questrade. Its actually worse than all the other reviews suggest, its that bad!

Error messaging needs to be updated for accuracy.

People do more and more on their telephone. It should be reliable, fast and with a solid interface. Its necessary if you want people to take the iPhone-ordered brokerage option seriously. Right now thats not possible : the app is buggy, awkward to use, crashes often and the graphing tool is the worst. Its more than time for a new app.

Deserves ZERO stars. It just doesnt work. How can a company not fix this??? For an online trading company that cant make an app work, doesnt say much about the Company.

Apple should remove this app from the store. Its not even working and theres no fix.

Its been years now that youve neglected on updating this app. Can you start a gofundme page so we can start donating to get this app updated and working properly?

Congrats Questrade, you made a lazy man like myself write his first review because the app is so awful. After I log on it just freezes. I have iPhone 6s, latest OS. Judging by all these negative reviews questrade doesnt read these or care

The app get stuck at the "please wait ...." screen and nothing happens, just freezing

Feels like a mobile website wrapped in a clunky app. Besides this, its pathetic it has not been optimized for higher res devices. No response was received when I emailed them asking when the app would be updated. Think twice about going with Questrade if mobile trading is important to you.

Worst app ever this is atrocious and you want to execute a order or look a order up have fun waiting 5 plus minutes if it decides to work and not crash before it loads. Should of stuck with original platform before IQ

You would think that in this day and age a company could provide a decent app for its customers on both iPad and iPhone. Dont bother with this app, its crap.
