Doesnt work, hasnt been updated,in almost a year.

My charts just stopped working. No matter what I do I cant access any charts. The app does the very basics...it will buy and sell stocks. It wont let you do much else. You need a computer to really have full access to your account. I wish Questrade paid more attention and gave us more updates to this app to iron out some of the problems.

Brutal App!

I have had the app for two days now (Jan14-15 2016), and I have not been able to login at all; either using Wi-Fi or connection through LTE. for a company that is supposed to be this big, you would figure they would have an app that actually works correctly. If they were serious about trading then there should not be more than 3 minutes of downtime in any given month. I wouldnt trust this app to make a trade when you need it.

Ive tried opening this app ever since I got it, and it just keeps saying the connection was interrupted, try again. I havent even seen the app yet.

Charts used to work fine but now I try to view them and the screen is just blank. Never updates. The watch lists and orders work fine but the charts are non existent

Disgraceful. Its 2016 invest in your app.

Its shameful that QuestTrade panders this app as their mobile solution. Aside from being a simple wrapper for web content, it constantly logs out with no perceivable pattern - sometimes after 30 seconds, other times after more than 30 minutes. Want to make a trade decision on a dime? Forget it, by the time you authenticate and get back to the trade screen, bid/ask may have already moved. Their web platforms are equally bad, relying on Deprecated Silverlight. Management needs to fire the clown CIO.

Does what a broker app should do. But charts are broken and its been months I emailed support and no indication of resolution. Discount broker

I would review the rest of the functions if I could access them but I cant! The connection cuts every time I try to log in. Complete and utter crap.

I cant open the app for a long time on a 6s plus! I had to use the web version for 3 months now! Fix it please!

I cannot use this app on my iPad mini at all. Sizing is totally disproportionate . Please fix this!!

This is just crap. I am about to pull my money and find an online brokerage that will invest at least a tiny amount of money to a trading app. This IPhone app doesnt work, it has a glitch that makes it appear of centre and Questrade is so damn cheap they dont bother replacing it let alone fix it. Trading now is tedious and slow as you have to use the webpage. Junk!

Seriously what is wrong with you guys? This app is getting worse and worse. The bulk of people use it and you dont care to fix it? Im on the verge of pulling all my money because of this crappy app.

Please release a proper app, or at least announce its under development.

Avoid. Most functionality does not work on IOS. Shameful.

Mar-16: Just downloaded and used it to make some trades. Seems to work exactly as billed.

This app isnt compatible with my iPhone 6S. Questrade needs to deal with this ASAP. Trades need to be made on the go, would consider leaving them if problem isnt fixed in the near future

I cannot describe how terrible this app is and for so long theres no improvement. First of all, app doesnt even open 99% of the time. It keeps saying its having trouble connecting. Second of all the app is very slow and keep logging you out automatically. The app will give you a headache!

Slow and lags in 9.2.1 and 9.3.It has been about a year this application has not been updated. You guys are lacking in continuous improvement.
